Shipping Policy

Most digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, etc.) will be delivered through Bookfunnel (unless noted differently in the description), and you will receive an email from Bookfunnel to the address you used to purchase. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within a couple of minutes. If you have Gmail, make sure to check your Promotions folder.

As of now, we can only ship (signed) paperbacks within the US. Digital goods and swag can be sent to anywhere in the world.

Print books are shipped by me to the address you provide when placing the order. You are responsible for making sure the address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for goods shipped to the wring address or person if you provided an inaccurate address. You will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number. Since these are usually shipped using Mediamail, this may take up to two weeks.

If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
