Welcome to this week’s new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance!
We have exciting new releases, including DADDY, woot! We also have some good 99c deals and one freebie. Couldn’t find any more that looked good, but the new releases this week make up for that because they look amazing. Happy one-clicking, haha. At the request of a reader, we’ve now also added whether a book is available in KU.
This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.
Daddy – K.M. Neuhold and Nora Phoenix
Joey needs a Daddy…
Intimacy has never been my main priority. Not what people expect to hear from someone who’s been head camera man for the single best studio in the kind of industry I work in.
I thought I’d seen it all working for the Ballsy Boys, but helping to build the Kinky Boys from the ground up seems like it’s going to be an eye opening experience.
A man has never turned my head before, so why can’t I stop checking out Daddy?
Watching or even participating in bedroom activities may not be the height of excitement for me, but watching subs kneel for their Daddies certainly has me wondering…
What does it mean if a Daddy Dom keeps trying to feed me and make sure I’m okay? And what does it mean if I kind of like it?
Daddy is the first book in the Kinky Boys series, a spin off from the bestselling Ballsy Boys series. It can be read as a stand alone and ends with a HEA.
Make Snow Mistake – Michelle Frost
Unable to make people see past the scar on his face and the teenage mistake that put it there, Cody feels stifled in his small town. When his high school crush, who never knew he existed, blows into his family diner in a swirl of biker leather with a white-out storm on his heels, they end up trapped alone. With Eben’s dark eyes on him, can Cody be brave for the first time in years and take a chance at the life he wants or will he allow everyone else’s limitations to bury him—heavy as the falling snow.
Make Snow Mistake is a novella featuring a first-time Daddy, a boy learning to stretch his wings, and a HEA. All of the Snowed In – Valentine’s Inc. books are stand alone.
Paper Snowflakes – Sammi Cee
Who knew a white-out could bring two men clarity?
Cameron – There’s something about an older man that drives me wild, but when he’s an amazing father too… swoon-worthy. After avoiding my secret crush for months, Mother Nature steps in and gives me a nudge—the question is, am I brave enough to take my shot?
Ryan – Raising a kindergartener at forty-eight leaves me no time or energy for emotional attachments, just random hook-ups. At least that’s what I think until I get snowed in with the luscious—much younger—teacher.
While snowflakes are falling, there’s a dog to be walked, a snowman to build, and a fire to snuggle by. Maybe finding forever isn’t as complicated as they thought.
Paper Snowflakes is a standalone book in the Snowed In – Valentine’s Inc. series, which are only connected by the same writing prompt.
Inside – Nicky James
All it took was a single moment for Anson Miller’s life to fall apart. His only hope of finding solid ground again is to uproot everything he knows and start over. New house, new job, new life. But will working on death row as a corrections officer in the country’s hardest and most acclaimed supermax prison be the right move? Or is he exchanging one hardship for something way worse?
Twenty years ago, Bishop Ndiaye was a victim of wrong place, wrong time. The consequences landed him on death row. As hard as he fought to expose the truth behind his alleged crime, no one would hear him. No one would listen. He’s succumbed to his fate, hardened himself to prison life, and no longer hopes for a better tomorrow. For Bishop, there is no tomorrow. Death waits around the corner, and someday soon, he will be no more.
Anson’s appearance in Bishop’s life changes everything.
Anson lends Bishop more than an ear; he offers him friendship, compassion, and understanding. No one has ever gifted Bishop with more.
The more they talk, the more they share.
The more they share, the more their bond grows.
But when their hearts open up to one another, the barrier in their way is far more than a steel door of a cell.
It is life and death with Inside.
Wild By Nature – Lynn Van Dorn
While on vacation, Hayden Blake and his ex-boyfriend get into an ugly argument. Needing some space, Hayden storms out of their rented cabin and gets not only lost it in the dense woods of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but injured as well. Being rescued is a miracle, but being rescued by a man who looks like a Norse god wearing plaid—that’s a dream come true.
All Kurt Jorgenson wants is to go hunting and bag a sizable deer, but instead he finds Hayden Blake, a city boy lost in Kurt’s forest. He takes Hayden home to care for his injuries, but Kurt finds himself drawn in ways he hadn’t dreamed existed to the young man he’s rescued and installed in his spare bedroom.
Kurt yearns to be everything Hayden needs but he doesn’t know where to start. Hayden desires Kurt and longs for a home, but he’s not sure he has anything worthwhile to offer in return. However, with the help of a nosy librarian, a trip to Walmart, a pig named Wilbur, and cops bribed with cheese, Kurt and Hayden may find their way to a well-deserved happy ending.
Wild By Nature is a 36k romance novella with a displaced twink, a confirmed bachelor, improper library behavior, pasties, shirtless wood chopping, fuzzy cows, and gas station pizza. It contains men falling in love, falling into bed, and just falling. Not necessarily in that order.
Note: This version has been expanded by 5K to include a new epilogue.
Make Me Say Yes – Angel Knots
Welcome to Fate. Tristan Lawson’s Fate. Which is apparently to be a virgin forever despite the fact that sex sounds awesome and he’d toss his celibacy club membership out the window in a heartbeat if only his alpha would wake up. Well, the guy who’s probably his alpha. And it’s not like Tristan actually wants to quit the OCC, he just wants Cade. And sex. Specifically, sex with Cade. And Cade will wake up, right? Soon. Or at least, eventually. He has to, because even if no one else knows it, Tristan is absolutely positively almost completely sort of sure that Cade is (hopefully) his fated mate…
I just knew that finally heading off to live on my own for college last year would be everything I wanted it to be. (Well, almost everything, if you didn’t count the actual studying parts.) But freedom! Friends! Sex (finally)! But it turned out that I wasn’t exactly on my own since I ended up moving in with my big brother and his roommates, and then my brother decided we should all start a celibacy club, and since I hate letting people down almost more than I hate doing homework, of course I said yes (even though I was pretty bummed at the idea of not getting any sex).
That was last year, and spoiler: I’m the only one in the Omega Celibacy Club who’s still celibate. But that’s okay, because the other thing that happened last year? I’m pretty sure I found my fated mate. Cade Washington is a patient at the veterans hospital I volunteer at, and he’s in a coma, but all the stuff I feel when I’m around him, that has to be real, right? And someday, even if I’m the only one who seems sure of it, he will wake up…
I have no idea how long I’ve been in limbo, but what I do know is that this foggy, muffled half-existence is my own personal hell. Nothing exists here except memories I’d rather escape… and an omega. My omega. Except that for all the memories that endlessly plague me, I don’t have any of him, and that means he doesn’t really exist, either… except for in here. So even though I’m stuck here, I don’t want to leave, either. Because he’s here. Tristan’s here. And I’d rather spend every moment of whatever my life has become in this hell with him than return to a world where he doesn’t exist.
Until I realize that Tristan needs me, and that maybe this wasn’t hell after all, but simply the price I had to pay to find the one thing I really needed all along…
***See TRIGGER WARNING in Look Inside, or skip straight to Chapter One to avoid spoilers***
MAKE ME SAY YES is the fourth book in the Omega Celibacy Club series, a contemporary omegaverse world where the only thing stronger than an alpha’s will is his desire to protect his omega and keep him happy, and where sometimes, doing that can save both of them.
Deacon and the Dead – Este Holland
Loyal ghost sidekick. Too many psychics. A bathtub full of blood.
They both want more, but should they risk their partnership?
Deacon Stone is a damn good Inquiry-Detective for the Metis Guild of Law. His methods may be a secret, but he gets the job done.
When a mayor’s son goes missing, all Deacon and his best friend and partner Kota have to go on is a bathtub full of blood, a psychic twin brother, and a ghost who’s hiding something.
With old friends in trouble, emotions run high and mistakes are made. What should have been a routine missing-person inquiry, soon becomes shrouded in betrayal.
Deacon and the Dead is a friends-to-lovers, m/m romance, sci-fi/fantasy, police procedural. 71,000 words, HFN, small cliffhanger.
Pros & Cons of Deception – A.E. Wasp
FIVE JOBS. FIVE CHANCES FOR REDEMPTION. One thing’s for sure: these men are no angels.
There’s nothing like being blackmailed by a dead man to really bring a group of cons together. The deal is simple, we do the jobs and Charlie’s lawyer wipes the slate clean for each of us, one at a time.
Job number two lands right in my lap. I’m Bond. Wesley Bond. (I can’t resist saying it that way. Blame my dad, if you can find him.) You could call me a hacker. I redistribute wealth – moving it from rich slimebags to poorer but infinitely more deserving people – and make a tidy profit as I do. My mission, should I choose to accept it, is to bring down some modern-day slave traders.
I definitely choose to accept it.
With the life of the one person in this world I love on the line, I can’t afford any screw ups or distractions. Unfortunately, my biggest distraction is my biggest asset – Danny Monroe. Danny is a leftover complication from our first job; a victim of the vicious senator we’d gotten locked up. He’s a smart, funny, gorgeous, ex-prostitute, who can’t seem to keep his clothes on. I can’t seem to keep my mouth shut around him. But I need a fake boyfriend, and Danny is the only option.
Fooling the world into thinking we’re in love will be easy; fooling myself that I’m not might be impossible.
We don’t know who the bad guy is, we have no idea how to prove anything. There’s no internet on the island, no cell service, and i’ll have only the bare bones of my gear. If I’m going to do this, I’m going to need all the help I can get.
Like it or not, we’re all in this together in Pros & Cons of Deception.
Vespertine – Leta Blake and Indra Vaughn

The attraction between Grant and Leo is undeniable, and soon their affection reignites as well. But will their luck hold out through health scares and family drama so they can find their happy ending at last?

Brick’s Geeks – R. Cayden
Book 1 in a series. Book two and 3 are 99c as well and are listed separately.
He’s a man who knows how to fight, but what has that brought Brick Lochlann?
Beaten, broke, and running from his past, he arrives in Seattle, ready to start a new life.
Ready for almost anything, but not for Irving and Ezra.
Ezra looks like an angel. That’s the first problem.
When he comes by the bar where I’m working, my mind starts firing with desires that scare me.
Someone has been vandalizing the comic book store where he works down the street, and Ezra thinks I should keep an eye on the place.
Careful what you wish for…
Ezra gets me worked up, and when this geeky guy Irving comes into the bar to catch some washed up band, I just can’t help myself.
He’s gorgeous, with lips that drive me wild and a cute submissive vibe.
And when I turn on my charm, Irving unravels in my hands.
That’s the real problem, though.
Everything I touch falls apart.
And every man I care about is left hurt and reeling.
I’m not going down that path again. I’m not going to make Ezra and Irving live through that pain.
Because I might be running from my past, but my past is running just as fast to keep up with me.
And I might be ready to throw a fist and take a punch, but I know I can’t fight hard enough to keep them safe.
I know that the second I admit my true feelings, they’ll be the ones to pay the price.
Brick’s Geeks is an MMM romance, and the first novel in the Rebels and Nerds series. It is an 80K novel with an HEA for all three characters, featuring spanking, ropes, and a spicy heat level. Enjoy!
Unraveling Malcom – R. Cayden
Malcolm is a librarian, and he lives a very nice, very ordered life.
But the life we live isn’t always the life we want.
And when someone finally asks Malcolm what he desires, oh daddy, does he ever answer.
I dare you.
That’s what Gunner says to me when I first meet him.
I dare you.
Like it’s a threat. Like it’s a promise.
So despite my better judgment, I have a drink with him, and we meet up at the park the next week.
But then Gunner is daring me to drive off into the mountains for the night.
He’s daring me to sneak into some stranger’s cabin with him, and to do things I never thought I would do.
And we do those things, right up until the moment that stranger comes home.
He’s a solid, strong man, at least forty years old and heavily tattooed.
And with a storm crashing through the forest, he tells us that there’s a fallen tree blocking the road.
He tells us his name is Maddox, and that we’re not going anywhere.
But even with Gunner by my side, I never dared imagine what Maddox would actually want with us.
I never dared dream who we all could be, together.
Unraveling Malcolm is a 75K+ MMM romance. It can be enjoyed alone, or as a story in the Rebels and Nerds series. This novel has extra dirty talk and some spice on the way to an HEA for all three characters. Enjoy!
Clark’s Bully – R. Cayden
Friends. Enemies. Lovers.
For these bad boys and geeks, the fire gets a second chance to burn.
I thought I was finally ready for my first boyfriend. I was twenty-four years old, and I dreamed about something sweet and easy with a fellow geek. But somehow, I ended up on a date with Mars instead.
He was a total playboy. Sure, he loved science-fiction as much as I did, but he had tattoos up his arms and no interest in a boyfriend. I wanted to run away, but every time he smiled, I ended up sticking around.
The real problem was, Mars didn’t move to Seattle alone. He moved with his best friend and occasional hookup buddy, a guy just as rough and tumble as Mars was, but with a mean glare, too. A glare that was seared into my memory many years ago.
Back when Mars’s badass, sexy roommate was my high school bully.
Not only was Rip Cirillo back in Seattle, but now, he was an out gay man, too. I was still the awkward geek with no dating experience, but Rip had seduced more men and broken more hearts than I could begin to imagine.
A love triangle with my high school bully? Not exactly the first love I was looking for.
Clark’s Bully is an M/M/M romance, and the third book in the Rebels and Nerds series. It can be appreciated alone or in order with the rest of the series. This steamy romance offers a second chance for geeky fun on the way to a HEA for all three characters. Although sweeter than most bully romances, make sure to check out the content note at the front of the novel before you read!
Just a Summer Deal – E. Davies and Zach Jenkins
“You think you can go gay for the summer?”
“I’m the bad egg in Team Gay.”
Gay romance author Aaron Douglas has almost everything going for him: a successful career, fun friends, and loving parents who live just far enough away. Unfortunately, he’s earned a love ’em and leave ’em reputation, though. Finding a gorgeous gay romance author in this little Colorado town is a thrill, even if Conor says he’s straight. When Aaron’s landlord kicks him out, the solution is obvious: Aaron can stay with Conor, they can write and fix up Conor’s cute farmhouse together, and they can pretend to date. That’s all. Aaron won’t fall for another straight guy again…even one as amazing as Conor.
“What do I know about gay romance?”
Conor Kennedy just wants to renovate and sell his old farmhouse, escape this small town, and find a nice girlfriend. His novels don’t sell, though, and his repairs are taking forever. Everything feels broken until Aaron jokingly offers the perfect solution. Why not pose as a cute gay couple for the summer? Both of their careers will benefit and they’ll both get the company of a great new friend… plus Hope, the stray golden retriever who’s chosen to live with them. But all Conor can think about is the most illogical thing of all: he wants to do more with his gay co-author than write romance novels.
“Will you sweep me under the rug again?”
Living in tight quarters during the renovation while writing a book together challenges both men to stick to the terms of their deal. They’re opposites in almost every way, and the tension is thick. As their fake relationship deadline approaches, questions loom over them both: were they only faking, or has something real blossomed between them? When the internet learns of Conor’s past, will their love be strong enough to keep them together?
Just a Summer Deal is a steamy, stand-alone GFY gay romance novel with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.
Heart Shaped Fire – P.W. Davies
It was just another day in the coffee shop when Shawn’s world turned upside down. For the waiter-by-day, musician-by-night, the Rittenhouse neighborhood of Philadelphia was the perfect place to compose. The ambiance was usually more than enough inspiration, but when Edwin walks into the coffee shop for the first time, lyrics and melody seem to come with him. Shy and sometimes strange, Edwin steps cautiously into Shawn’s life. The longer the couple are together, the more Shawn realizes that there’s something more to Edwin, hidden in the mystery of his monthly treks to visit his family outside the city. The secret seems equal parts obvious and impossible, and Shawn knows that once it’s put into words everything about their relationship will change. But every moment Shawn spends with Edwin convinces him that he’ll always love Edwin with all his heart.
Even if he discovers his lover isn’t entirely human.
Heart Shaped Fire is a M/M paranormal romance with a steamy, werewolf love story and an HEA.
