One of the things I used to do on my site was a weekly poll. I loved asking all kinds of questions and seeing readers’ answers. Unfortunately, the program I used for that stopped being free, and the paid plans were outrageously expensive. But I’m happy to report I found an alternative that’s affordable and that also allows me to build fun polls. Look, it’s even pink! [Read more…] about New Weekly Poll
We’re back with another official weekly poll. The question this week is a simple one: hoe do you feel about mpreg? I know not all my readers read those books of mine, and that’s fine. But I’m curious to see where you all stand on this.
So take your pick below and let me know! [Read more…] about Weekly Poll 3 July 2020
We have a new poll this week, and this time, our topic is newsletters. In the big MM romance readers survey, I learned that many of you are subscribed to multiple newsletters from authors. That made me curious: what’s your favorite element of those newsletters? What’s the one thing you rarely skip?
Let me know in the poll, and you can always explain further with a comment! [Read more…] about Weekly Poll 22 May
If you remember, a month ago I did a big survey among MM romance readers about all kinds of things. We talked about how many books you guys read, whether you’re into audio books, if you have KU, and much more. I thought it would be fun to share some of the results, so in this post, I’ll show some of the most remarkable data. So no weekly poll this week, but the results of the big reader survey.

Almost half of all respondents never listen to audio books at all…but more than 16% listens more than 25 hours a week. Check out the rest of the results below.
Last week, I did a big reader survey. Thank you to everyone who filled it out! I’ll be sharing the results with other Mm authors as well (no worries, they’re all anonymous…). This helps us get to know you, our readers, better.
This week, we’re back with a regular poll, and our topic is to DNF or not to DNF. DNF stands for Do Not Finish. I used to finish every book I started reading, but a few years ago, I changed my strategy. Now I stop reading if it doesn’t hold my attention after, like, two chapters or if the editing is so bad I can’t see past it. That made me curious how you all feel about this. I loved the results of last week’s poll, where I asked you what your favorite POV (point of view) was. The comments especially made clear that those who dislike, do it strongly, haha. First person present has some haters…and I can understand why because it’s not always done well. [Read more…] about Weekly Poll 20 March
